Letters are easier to explore when children can touch, move and play

This brightly coloured wooden letter collection presents the alphabet with distinct uppercase and lowercase letter shapes. Moveable letters invite early literacy, naming, sorting, sound awareness, word discovery and shared storytelling through hands-on play. Each letter is designed for visible, concrete exploration.

Kinmilo Together Time: A Parent–Child Play Plan

1. Connect & demonstrate

Begin with two letters, perhaps the first letter of the child's name. Hold one up and say “This is B. B says /b/.” Trace its outline with a fingertip and invite the child to look, point or copy.

2. Share the play

Take turns choosing letters and finding matching uppercase/lowercase partners. Say, “My letter, your letter,” then build a short word or a playful letter train. Let the child answer by moving a letter, pointing, gesturing or selecting an AAC symbol.

3. Grow together

Introduce letter sounds, names, sorting by straight and curved lines, spelling familiar names and simple two- or three-letter words. Pause for choices and repeat successful steps before moving on.

Inclusive play adjustments

ADHD / high activity: place just 2–4 letters on the table, switch between a short search task and standing up to find another letter. ASD / autism: maintain a predictable “look, match, finish” sequence, begin with favourite letters or colours, and avoid demanding spoken answers. Language, intellectual or developmental disabilities: model a single letter repeatedly, pair it with a picture, use hand signs or AAC letter boards and accept any accessible response.

Materials and sizing

Colourful wooden-style letter pieces as illustrated. The available product photos do not show a reliable dimension scale; dimensions are therefore not substituted with package measurements.
