Last updated: November 6, 2026. Welcome to Kinmilo. These Terms of Service relate to the use of kinmilo.com and purchases from our online store. They should be read with our separate policies and the information supplied for each order. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent term.

1. Kinmilo and How to Contact Us

2. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions, photographs, product variants, specifications and educational activity examples. Images may illustrate multiple options or optional accessories; check the exact selected variant. Availability and product details can change, and occasional errors may occur. Contact us before purchase if a material specification, age warning, compatibility detail or included component is unclear. Category labels associated with Montessori, autism, ADHD, dementia or other conditions do not guarantee that an item suits a particular person or constitutes clinical equipment.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected goods. Automatic order acknowledgments confirm receipt of your submission, but fulfilment may depend on successful payment, availability, address verification and any lawful checks. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange any refund required by law. We do not use website terms to avoid obligations for orders or payments that have already been accepted.

4. Prices, Currency and Charges

Product prices and the applicable transaction currency are presented on the storefront or at checkout. Kinmilo generally displays product prices in USD unless the checkout indicates another currency. Delivery charges and any tax amounts collected at checkout appear in the order summary. Where international shipping is offered, additional import charges may be imposed by authorities or carriers according to the destination's rules and the agreed delivery terms. Please review all information before finalising payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is offered only where a method is available for the given products and delivery address. Processing or transit estimates, if shown, are not guaranteed arrival appointments unless expressly agreed. Customers should provide accurate contact and address information and contact us quickly to correct mistakes. Read the Shipping Policy. Nothing here removes mandatory remedies for delivery delays, lost goods, damage or non-performance.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to raise a return or damage concern. Mandatory consumer rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, and applicable distance-sale withdrawal rights, cannot be waived by these Terms. Please request the proper return destination rather than posting goods to a general support address.

7. Product Safety and Appropriate Use

Read the exact item's warnings, age guidance, instructions, supervision needs and care requirements. Some products may contain small parts, magnets, cords, sharp edges when damaged, moving mechanisms or physical movement risks. Adapt activity difficulty only when it remains consistent with safety instructions. Educational and activity descriptions are general guidance, not medical diagnosis, therapy, regulated-device claims, individual school plans or independent certification. Consult qualified professionals where a clinical, mobility or institutional assessment is needed. This does not limit legal responsibility for defective or unsafe products.

8. Customer Accounts and Acceptable Use

If you register an account, supply accurate information and protect access credentials. You agree not to use the storefront for fraud, unlawful transactions, malicious interference, misuse of other customers' information or disruption of website services. We may reasonably protect the site against abuse while respecting existing purchase obligations and legal protections.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

Kinmilo's original store text, website structure, photographs, graphics and branding are provided to explain products and support shopping. Do not reproduce protected content commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party materials and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Educational guides are informative resources, not a substitute for person-specific professional services.

10. Privacy and Outside Services

We use Shopify to provide online-store functionality, and some functions may involve payment, delivery or other service providers. Review our Privacy Policy for information on personal-data processing. Links to external services may be governed by their own policies. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on the merchant by applicable law.

11. Limitations and Consumer Protection

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every website function or a particular educational or clinical result from a retail activity. However, these Terms do not exclude or limit any liability, warranty, legal guarantee, statutory remedy or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. This includes rights concerning product conformity, safety, fraud and consumer transactions. Any contractual limitation operates only to the extent lawful for the customer and order concerned.

12. Updates, Questions and Disputes

We may publish revised terms when practices or laws change. Revisions do not retroactively eliminate mandatory rights or rewrite an existing agreement where that is prohibited.
